DRIVER CABIN
An ideal driver cabin is necessary for optimum machine operation. Perfect visibility in all working conditions, with easily accessible control buttons on the dashboard, are the primary features of the cabin.
DRIVE
The machine is equipped with all-wheel hydraulic drive. Gasoline and diesel engines are water-cooled and can be fitted with a catalyser. The engines guarantee low fuel consumption, low pollution emission, and low maintenance costs. The automatic rotation control system provides a constant rpm rate at a varying operation intensity.
The electrical version of the machine is easily operable and environmentally friendly. Due to large capacity batteries, the machine’s independence is not a problem. Relatively short charging time and minimal energy consumption make it a very economic device.
CONDITIONER
The blade arrangement in the conditioner guarantees an ideally flat ice surface. The horizontal auger gathers shaved ice and transports it by means of the vertical auger to the tank. The conditioner is made of 11 modular high-speed steel and chrome blades, which extends the period between blade sharpenings by ca. 300%.
ICE EDGER
The ice edger is used for shaving ice near the dasher boards. It is fitted with 8 blades. The side brush located at the edger cleans the ice surface after machining. Both the side edger and brush are controlled from the driver cabin.
WATER AND SNOW TANKS
The water tank is made of stainless steel, guaranteeing the long operation of the machine. The snow container is teflon-coated, which facilitates it being emptied without the driver’s assistance.
