Floor for direct ice covering ICE COVERTAN SYSTEMS, due to its unique thermal insulation properties, is designated for use in big area sports facilities as the insulation layer.

The use of ICE COVERTAN SYSTEMS surface allows the facility’s function to be easily changed for organizing mass events (concerts, exhibitions, fairs, roller arenas) without defrosting the ice rink. ICE COVERTAN systems® can be easily mounted and dismounted due to the shape of each single module, resembling of the popular jigsaw puzzle pieces

Other surface properties are: low weight, low fire load, increased thermal and insulation capabilities, chemical resistance, high load, disposability.

The ICE COVERTAN SYSTEMS floor is made of two layers of thermal plastic materials joined with screws. The upper covering layer, with high mechanical and chemical resistance, has an anti-skid finishing. The lower layer, made of three identical parts, offers thermal insulation and is equipped with special locks along the edges. In order to improve the aesthetics, the floor connection elements are not visible.
